We currently ship within the United States only. Orders outside the U.S. cannot be processed at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Weekend or holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery within the U.S. is 5–8 business days after processing. Times may vary due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Unexpected logistics delays

5. Estimated Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time is estimated at 6–10 business days (processing + shipping). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $70 USD
  • Orders under $70 USD will be charged an $8.00 USD standard shipping fee

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates.

8. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package may be returned to us. We will assist with redelivery; however, additional shipping fees may apply. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

9. Delivery Confirmation

Shipments are considered successfully delivered once the carrier marks the order as delivered. If you cannot locate your package, please contact us for assistance.
